Ok, well first of all, you need to understand that, however you look, you should be comfortable with. You should never look at yourself and think "I hate the way i look" It's ok to look at yourself and think "I want to change something, I'd like that" But if you start off with a negative opinion about yourself you set yourself up for failure. For you it's not "I'm fat I want to lose weight" It's, "I'm skinny I want to gain weight" now I have gone from 140lbs to 210lbs. right now I'm around 170. the one thing I can tell you, is putting the weight on took 2 years of ****** eating. Be patient brother, be comfortable with who you are and take solace in the fact that you will get there. It's all about time and pressure. Keep researching methods to achieve your goal and remember, you should be doing this FOR YOU not anybody else. Otherwise you are doomed to fail. Internal locus of control is very important.

(I'm aware that you were mostly being sarcastic btw)
