I can't say I've ever been so happy to be an american with the first amendment, so that I don't have to fear getting banned from using the internet with $50,000 in debt (at the same time). I mean there's plenty of stupid stuff that is centralized in america, but I have to be happy for some things.

All harassment cases are completely circumstantial, can't be properly measured, and can be stretched way out of proportion depending on how popular someone is. I swear it makes me sick that you can actually be arrested for talking about someone. If we abolished harassment laws, then maybe people would actually grow a spine and realize that they don't have to be effected by how someone talks to them. it's so easy to confuse differing opinions as harassment that the whole concept is asinine and should hold no ground in the court of law. God this pisses me off more than anything else on the internet
