Sorry to say I can't remember the video but basically-
Officer- "can I see license pls?"
Cameraman "HURRR AM I UNDER ARREST AM I FREE TO GO"
Back and forth back and forth
Cop pulls the edge of the window, tempered glass shatters from the outside in.
so side note, never leave your window open a crack if someone hostile is outside the vehicle.
**tangedal used "*roll picture*"** **tangedal rolled image** God how ******* wonderful that video was. Especially the second one, made me cringe in all over. "Help help, I do not consent" Hah!
Officer pulled over black dude, asked for license and registration **** . Black guy kept refusing in a very disrespectful manner, spouting the usual ******** hurr durr mah rites Officer in no mood for ******** , breaks the window with his bare hands.
He's trying to argue legal semantics. In law travelling and driving are two different things. The problem is that you need to make that argument in a court, not on the side of the road.
The driver was a class A dumbass. "am i driving?" This officer did great, I hate when other black people pull this bs. Cooperate and you'll be fine. Give your license, get your ticket for speeding, go on your way
Jesus ******* christ these 'sovereign citizen' ******* are retarded. This ****** keeps screaming "I do not consent" like a retard, I hope he had a long stay in jail.
Well, he wasn't resisting arrest until he says "You're under arrest put your hands up" or "Step out of the vehicle you're under arrest" neither of which were said. Was he compliant with other orders? No. The tazer was a bit much because he wasn't under any sort of arrest yet.
It's so easy for someone who isn't a cop to say "omg his rights" when that same police officer has probably pulled over 300+ people and gotten attacked for letting a situation go too far because he felt bad. Now he's being safe and protecting HIS life. Imagine if the cop was your brother? would you say "hey man he didn't have his rights protected"???
The fact that other cops would have shot him is complete ******** and also use of deadly force is not authorized until last resort. Also i understand the fact that he was being an asshole but speeding usually shouldn't warrant an arrest atleast in my state.
not quite. lethal force is authorized when an officer has an articulable belief that a suspect has intent to cause severe bodily harm or death to an individual. so i could say im going to smash a guys leg with a pipe and a cop would have a legal right to shoot me. or if i was walking towards an officer and ignored multiple warnings to stop, saw him draw his weapon and point it at me and continued he would be legally authorized to shoot me.
Yeah, I'm sure the riot police announce everyone in location is under arrest before deploying tear gas and beanbags... That's not how it works, genius.
Well, kind of. The officer was right to arrest him, but he should have given the poor dumbass the explicit indication that he should exit the vehicle and surrender to be put peacefully under arrest.
I think this person was so dumb that under that stress he failed to understand that and the officer may have to tell him his options and what the consequences are. The officer was very patient up to the point where he snapped and escalated and didn't make it clear to the suspect to surrender or he'd be hurt.
Once the suspect refuses that lawful order of course the officer may enforce compliance and tazers are allowable nonlethal force to do that. I understand suspects will get hurt if they resist, I just want officers to give them the explicit chance to surrender and comply (if the situation allows it).
That's kinda what I'm saying. Officer didn't say once he was under arrest, or being detained, or anything. That's -my- personal view as to why the tazer was too much at that point. Not that the officer was in the wrong, nor was the ****** in the right to simply disobey him. But **** , FJ is a hivemind that can't see what someone's talking about it seems.
A disorderly conduct suspect attempted to evade arrest, refused to show his hands when instructed, told officers that they would have to shoot him, and the back-up officers had requested hadn’t arrived (McNeil v. City of Easton, 694 F.Supp.2d 375 (E.D. Pa. 2010)).
A suspect stopped for a malfunctioning tag light refused to obey instructions, verbally confronted the officer, and acted aggressively. (Draper v. Reynolds, 369 F.3d 1270 (11th Cir. 2004).).
that guy verbally confronted the officer, refused obey instructions, officer already told him many times to cooperate. guess what? he ****** up. that's why he's getting tasered
Driver was speeding, started smart-mouthing the cop, claiming he couldn't prove he was driving and refusing to hand over his license or vehicle registration. So, the cop initiated an arrest, which involved getting the guy out of the car.
I hole-hardedly agree, but allow me to play doubles advocate here for a moment. For all intensive purposes I think you are wrong. In an age where false morals are a diamond dozen, true virtues are a blessing in the skies. We often put our false morality on a petal stool like a bunch of pre-Madonnas, but you all seem to be taking something very valuable for granite. So I ask of you to mustard up all the strength you can because it is a doggy dog world out there. Although there is some merit to what you are saying it seems like you have a huge ship on your shoulder. In your argument you seem to throw everything in but the kids Nsync, and even though you are having a feel day with this I am here to bring you back into reality. I have a sick sense when it comes to these types of things. It is almost spooky, because I cannot turn a blonde eye to these glaring flaws in your rhetoric. I have zero taller ants when it comes to people spouting out hate in the name of moral righteousness. You just need to remember what comes around is all around, and when supply and command fails you will be the first to go. Make my words, when you get down to brass stacks it doesn't take rocket appliances to get two birds stoned at once. It's clear who makes the pants in this relationship, and sometimes you just have to swallow your prize and accept the facts. You might have to come to this conclusion through denial and error but I swear on my mother's mating name that when you put the petal to the medal you will pass with flying carpets like it’s a peach of cake.
Well considering the fact that it doesn't say anything it hurts even without the eggcorns.
I whole-heartedly agree, but allow me to play Devil's advocate here for a moment. For all intents and purposes I think you are wrong. In an age where false morals are a dime a dozen, true virtues are a blessing in disguise. We often put our false morality on a pedestal like a bunch of Prima Donnas, but you all seem to be taking something very valuable for granted. So I ask of you to muster up all the strength you can because it is a dog eat dog world out there. Although there is some merit to what you are saying it seems like you have a huge chip on your shoulder. In your argument you seem to throw everything in but the kitchen sink, and even though you are having a field day with this I am here to bring you back into reality. I have a sixth sense when it comes to these types of things. It is almost spooky, because I cannot turn a blind eye to these glaring flaws in your logic. I have zero tolerance when it comes to people spouting out hate in the name of moral righteousness. You just need to remember what goes around comes around, and when supply and demand fails you will be the first to go. Mark my words, when you get down to brass tax it doesn't take rocket science to hit two birds with once stone. It's clear who wears the pants in this relationship, and sometimes you just have to swallow your pride and accept the facts. You might have to come to this conclusion through trial and error but I swear on my mother's maiden name that when you put the pedal to the metal you will pass with flying colors like it’s a piece of cake.
I'm impressed you somehow made it to dog eat dog world without noticing.
Or are you one of those people that pause a youtube video, exit fullscreen, type a correction to what the video said 2 minutes in, only to realize that the video purposefully made the mistake or corrected itself by the end?
DId uh, did you not read the comment?
on a petal stool
pre-Madonnas
taking something for granite
blessing in the skies
what comes around is all around
having a feel day
diamond dozen
I saw someone bitch about "hole-heartedly" once and someone replied with this text. I just google "hole-heartedly copy paste" whenever someone makes this kind of mistake and reply to the first person who corrects them.
He's referring to the post the other guy was referring to.
All of those are expressions, but said wrongly.
The entire posts was purposely written that way.
e.g. petal stool - Pedestal.
"a driver's license is not a form of identification, it is permission to use vehicles on highways as a means of commerce, I do not need a license to travel".... ************ every word you just said is wrong.
That's actually much more impressive. The cop in the content used the leverage to pull the window back at an angle to break it. This ***** just beats it down.
Yes. Widshield glass is tempered glass and has very little bending stress resistance (not exactly weaker but tension causes certain weak spots or rather weak "vectors"). Sorry for broken english.
He's a cop. Despite all the fat or short cops you see, the vast majority are strong, including the fat and short ones. Very strong. Like, snap your arm with their hands strong. Because they have to deal with 200 lb thugs who just love to resist arrest.
im not sure how you can quantify the strength of several million people, but, the windows in all cars post 55 are made of tempered glass. If bent, tempered glass will shatter almost immediately into very small pieces.
A small child could break a window in that manner.
if the window is open, and you pull 90 degrees from the windows face, it will break. It's not a discussion point, it's a fact. Tempered glass is extremely hard, but extremely brittle. Disturbing the molecular structure in any way causes catastrophic failure.
Highly dependat on a vector of applied force. (it is after all under huge initial tension which makes it tough in one direction but very weak in other)
I've spent a lot of times around windows and such, due to my dad owning a paint and body shop.
So, Few things about glass in windows. They are INCREDIBLY resistance to outside pressure, which is why >#1 is so ******* impressive. I remember we were given a piece of glass and taught how to break it, incase we ever have to get someone out of a car. **** takes like 150 pounds of pressure to break through.
That being said, From the INSIDE the glass is VERY easy to break. They're designed that way. There's a small tool we call the diamond hammer. As you'd expect, it has a diamond shaped piece of steel that comes to a relatively sharp point. These can break a window from the inside with a 3 year olds strength.
Also, the way HE breaks it is very simple. See, this type of glass is designed to shatter into a lot of little pieces to reduce injury. Despite what you might think, those little pieces are actually safer than large chunks of glass. They're often far less sharp and it's much less likely to cause fatal wounds.
Your Windshields are designed to NOT shatter, though. They have a film on the outside that keeps them together, even if they crack. Windshields, from the outside, are INCREDIBLY hard to break, but from the inside, as long as you can counteract the outside pressures, they're pretty simple. EG: If you're sinking in the ocean, shattered glass moving at 50 mph+ is very dangerous, so it's suggested(if you can) to simply put your back to a hard surface, and push the windshield out with your feet. The glue is intended to not be able to withstand high pressures from the inside.
So yeah. You can easily shatter glass of a window with your bare hands if done like this.
Oh also, off topic, but if you ever need to break a glass window that *isn't* part of a car, Take off your sure, wrap your elbow in your shirt and bash it as hard as you can with your elbow, then destroy the glass around the initial blow to safetly fit whatever needs to go in or out.
They're designed to shatter outwards, to prevent injuries. With the amount of leverage the officer got from grabbing and pulling against the inward curve of the open window, it was probably just about as easy as the .gif made it look.
Doing this to a closed window, or punching in against the convex exterior of the glass, would have been far more difficult.
Yup, they are meant to crumble like that if put under a lot of force. The crumbling is to prevent shards from forming, which can really **** you up if you're in a car crash.
Yeah, I know they crumble like grandma's bones when they take a big enough impact (source; been in a few car crashes before). Just didn't think you could shatter them with just ripping.
Well, yeah. Glass isn't a particularly strong or flexible material. All things considered, it's weak and brittle. Now, if the window were shut, he'd have a much harder time breaking it because it would be supported on all sides and the outward flex of it makes it more impact-resistant; however, because it's only supported on two sides with its third tapering to a point, it is very easy to bend it WAY past its flex point and shatter it.
Glass is really easy to break. We just tend to like avoiding it because we don't like shards in our hands.
Normally, I think people doing these tests are slightly arrogant, but perfectly within their rights in most cases...this one though...well it physically hurt to listen to him ask "is speeding a crime" and "can you prove I'm driving".
I don't know if I can watch anymore without painkillers, is this legit?
I thought for a brief moment maybe they led the video with the strongest, dumbest example and they all couldn't be that bad. and ofcourse it's the hippie couple that proves me wrong, ******* hippies.
Those guys were the only ones that got me angry. Others I just classified as morons who think the world revolves around them on their own terms but those with the little child that was scared and crying and they kept doing this ******** regardless. I would kick this guys ass for doing this **** to the little scared kid. Hey...You're a free citizen, right? that means you're on your own and nobody is obliged come to your rescue if I decide to kick your ******* ass. It's their logic after all.
holy **** ...the people in this country are so ******* retarded...like...holy *********** ...how is it even possible that people like this exist? just...Goddamn, did IQs just drop after 9/11?
got to love it when black people think they are above the law by saying some ******** and blame the cops for targeting them. if only they complied instead of saying **** that gets them deeper
It's pronounced like that, but spelled "cluwne". They are unable to remove their clothes (they're cursed), and any attempt to speak whilst wearing a cluwne mask results in a terrifying series of honks and laughs.
I was wrong. The best part was when he got tased a SECOND time and the officer had backup and he finally stopped all that ******** . "Oh, okay, I'll stop, I'll stop!". Of course, then after a few minutes he starts up again.
"I do not consent! I do not consent!"
"You don't have to consent. You're under arrest."
I've seen this video. The guy argued with the cop for a good 5 minutes about why he isn't letting him in the car, and the cop finally had enough. One of those people who think they can do whatever they want and drive without a license or insurance because they are a "child of earth" or some bs
What, did he spit in the cops face and insult his wife or some **** ?
If somebody is being ****** to me, I might insult him back or something, but I wont summon some demigod-like strength, and straight tear off a windshield.
That dude must've been the archetypical exemplar of ****** people, then.
Heh. That idiot got what was comming to him. "It isn't a crime to drive without my licence!"
Wtf, yes it is and so is speeding...That dude must've been mentally handicapped or something. What a dumb moron.
The cop was badass though. He even looked like an older fellow and still has that kind of strength. I applaud that.
