Arab here. As far as arabic pizza, I'd say manoushi (or Mana'iesh, plural), which is basically a pizza, but instead of cheese and tomato sauce, you have meat, cheese, or thyme with olive oil. And as for french fries, there are lots of fried vegetables that arabs have. I'd say Falafel (they're not shaped like french fries, but they're just fried chickpea paste).
