it sure does
which kinda sucks because i always use it as an indicator of something i didnt know before and have yet to look up and confirm with valid sources
e.g. apparently, a rooster fertilizes the chicken eggs prior to birth by ******* the chicken
---the chicken then holds the semen in a seminal pouch, apparently
---and apparently the chicken can actually move and lay the egg at any time, so they have control over spraying the seminal pouch on their eggs before they get laid
--fish do not fertilize this way, apparently
but because i apply this to all facets of life to which this applies, i instead always end up sounding sarcastic
--"John already finished that project, apparently"
--"apparently someone has been beating off in the breakroom"
--"and it isnt Carol, apparently"
