Seriously though, i've been there. When I look back on it now I think "Holy **** thank god I didn't end it." Your life will always have another chapter, and when you're at the bottom you can only go up.

I had a bullet in the chamber of my m16 in the army, ready for me. I realized that nothing taking my life, and that it's the way of the weak.
Basically, what I've come to believe and understand years after that is that without unhapiness there's no happiness, as Lao Tzu tells in his Tao Te Ching book. One brings the other into existance, you couldn't know beauty without ugliness.
It's more interesting and fun to endure than to give up.

supersixfourr (2 hours ago) [-] Ive cooped with a lot of my problems since my suicide dilemma in Sept 2014 and I know its not over yet, but you are right. Even when I feel happy I always try to not seem to excited because I know there will more than likely be another occurrence of heavy depression and suicidal thoughts.
But it helps a little to hear someone tell me "It will be alright"
