also played the angel of death in hellboy 2: the golden army in addition to abe sapiens

YES the man is so good at it job that he can appear in 2 different roles in the same fukkin' movie (golden army was awesome btw) and you still have a hard time to tell if it's the same guy

The angel's voice was perfect.

Also, a lot of people won't have picked up on this but the character designer gave the angel no eyes because of an old quote from a philosopher whom I can't recall their origin, Roman I think; "Death is blind, and cares not for who he takes".

yeah I see the eyes in the wings, but still, I remember seeing this on the DVD's behind the scenes

the best post apocalyptic film? probably not.
an accurate representation of fallout? yes.
the acting is pretty on and off, but the cinematography and prop design is preeeeeeeeetty great. if youve played fallout 2, 3, and new vegas... relatively recently you'll like it.

honestly? i dont remember. they didnt finish making the first season when i was watching, but its... fallout walking pace, not dayz walking pace. so... no really long boring stretches just for filler as far as i remember.

I thought the movie was ok. They did pretty well for what seems like a pretty low budget. They could have done a better job with what they decided to keep and combine to make one plot though. I think I would have preferred them to stick with just the first part of the book instead of grafting the end on and skipping the middle. What do you think of the second book?

Good call. The first portions were very strong, whereas the latter parts didn't seem to adapt quite as cleanly to the big screen. That's the job of sequels, to cover parts that feel very different from the main storyline that was introduced. When they mash it all together, the movie feels less sharp and it loses its focus.

the movie as a Doom Movie? besides a few shout-outs to really tie it in (like Pinky) yeah, I have to agree with you, t'was a waste of time

Ony complaint I have is (not really story spoilers, but spoilers for character appearance) If you murder kill a lot of people, and things in general, you can become Devil/Demon Snake. Even your custom Avatar. The horn is cool, but the unwashable blood kills it for me. So you're kind of forced to be sneeki breeki if you don't want that. And, I've beaten the main game and just wanna go ******* ham on some enemies '^'
