My anti virus blocked a few attempts from an ad on Funnyjunk trying to infect my computer. If you didn't get this warning, it wouldn't hurt to scan your computer. You might just have not gotten the ad.

Tech info for the curious ones (should I've made it into a hidden text?):

By the look of the code (after going quickly through it though), it seems like the virus comes from a Flash application (SWF), so unless you've updated your flash player, your computer may be at risk.

That script is so sophisticated it's even made for Android devices, and other mobile devices (Firefox Mobile, Mobile Safari, Chrome Mobile, etc.). Seems like Internet Explorer users aren't affected though.

After the application has done its job (can't find the source of it, would take too long), it seems like the isolated hidden iframe that is created is just redirected to "about:blank", which is basically just a blank page in most browsers (at least Chrome), so it's kind of impossible at the time of the "attack" to know what has happened.

Admin claims that googlebot crawls through the website 1-2 million times a day.
He called the users of FJ idiots for finding infectious adverts.
He even showed me a graph. Admin's correct right?

Read these and it will help you understand what those numbers mean.
The google bot (spider) doesn't check the site 1-2 million times per day, it checks 1-2 million pages per day.
With the amount of content on FJ, that could be easily be a few times....not a few million times as admin pulls this "fact" out of his asshole.
Lastly, no site is absolutely infection proof...Especially an amateur site like FJ.

Adblock doesn't hurt admin, his words. I forget exact quote, but he said something like, repeat users don't generate more money, only new users.
