Just for a bit more info, he had a thing called Jim'll Fix It where children wrote him letters asking for him to "fix it" so they could do loads of things, like meet certain celebrities or ride in tanks, that kind of thing. It was like the Make A Wish Foundation but for people who weren't dying.
