It's just that they have no moral compass, no higher reasoning, and no idea what consequences are.
There's a reason why a lot of people called the riots "chimp outs"
Because exactly that, they were acting like you'd just pissed on a chimps face and set it loose in the city.

Some white people do it too, but that's because they want to be black.

so the thing that pisses me off the most about this is the fact that it was a black guy kicking the cat instead of a white guy with a reason to kick the cat like tearing up the trash or clawing the **** out of me or one of my vehicle
