I had a friend who read the entire book series. Apparently the characters personality was awkward. So Kirsten didn't do a bad job at acting, her character just had the personality of potato, which she captured so elegantly
Yeah, the reason for that is because she's meant to be an insert character for Stephane Meyer , a projected fantasy.
Which is why the subject matter seems to appeal to both single women in their mid 30's, and Tweens.
I've watched all the movies. They're absolutely hilarious. The films truly transcend that spectrum where they go through the stages of bad and become good.
Except for the fourth movie, which cycles all the way around from badgood to super-bad. Except for the part with the baby falcon kicking Bella in the spine internally.
eh, not really emotional, she's like any girl, she wants something and fixates upon it and doesn't realize what she has that is there for her, that's the entire second book in a nutshell, she did an entire book to illustrate how a girl can just shut out the world...
Actually his dad is a comedian (not a very good one).
He was talking about how unfair it was that he has been in the entertainment business for almost 20 years and his son got a spot on the movie after a simple drive west.
Actually, he talked about that for almost half an hour as part of his stand up routine, it was just kinda sad.

So that he can act as a place-holder for the special effects, mostly. It's a lot easier for both the animators and the actors themselves if the actor interacts with something that's actually there.
This is what CGI is doing to Hollywood, before they would have a costumed guy or gal. Or some animatronic wolf there, but no now it is all just stroke this guy he is a giant wolf. Look at this tennis ball that is Optimus Prime. Be scared of this general area up here that is where the Thing is transforming. Enrages me something fierce...
"The real odd thing about this Twilight target group is that they aren't really teenagers. Most of them are older. Twilight has its own parallel world, its own fan culture that has been forming on the net since day one. And in an intense way that has never existed before. Sometimes I ask myself what these masses of people do the whole day. They sit in front of their computers and comment on anything having even remotely to do with Twilight. Day and night."
They're vampires! they are thousands of years old in the bodies of teens. Am I the only one who thinks that vampires were way cooler back in the 80's - 90's?
this was when the first twilight movie came out. A friend had a copy so I borrowed it. I watched it because with all the hype surrounding the movie, it must be at the very least, watchable, right?
I tried. First half of the movie, I actually fell asleep and then just fast forwarded the rest of the movie when I awoke from the brief nap (it was the part when there was a prom or something).
I tried to watch a twilight movie once, but after 5 minutes I couldn't take it anymore. I still think Kristen Stewart is pretty, and an OK actress. 7/10, would let her scratch me behind the ears.
