same here, their services are the worst ever, seriously i waited for a gaming laptop that i ordered for 2 weeks only to find out it was sitting at the post office while i continuously tried to call the company and no one absolutely no one would pick up, i had to find out myself to call for a delivery knowing how far the post office is, then yesterday i got an external fan for the laptop, just to my expectation came in condition: BROKEN, not only do they suck at delivering but they're reckless with any item.
All this happened recently

Ordered an item online, was told it was three day shipping.
I see a tracking number in an email and click it.
Takes 6 days from the damn thing to even leave the state it originated in, 13 days total to arrive.
Meanwhile I received two packages from FedEx that I placed almost a week after the other one.

I hate the USPS.

Why do we even need a Federal postal service?
Private companies do just fine, in fact they do a better job
Idk, seems redundant

The problem with the USPS is because they are underfunded as **** thanks to our great government and underpaid as **** to add to it. My dad works as an analyst for the USPS and he tells me that work ethic at his workplace is really low and the amount of retirements and people quitting is too damn high so they're undermanned, along with most of the other post offices in the state, and thanks to that delivery satisfaction is suffering thanks to it. Protip: Get your **** from UPS and Fedex. Privatized companies don't utilize slave labor to get you your stuff.

Pic unrelated, reaction roulette.

Ok story time. My friend and i went to one of these places to drop off a package for delivery for his mom to their relatives and we thought she said for this friday, and so thats what we told the guy and we gave him her credit card. So we went back and she freaked out because she meant next friday, so we were like, its fine we can just go back and cancel the bill, theres no way its already shipped out. And we went back and it wasnt shipped out yet, we could see. And so we say sorry we made a mistake can you just cancel the bill (the difference between shipping options was like $300 so it was kind of a big deal) and he was like "well you see credit cards are like magical things that we havent figured out yet they just buy stuff mysteriously so we cant cancel it" (not really but you get the gist) and we were like wtf? why would you be able to do that? but he wouldnt so we went back and told his mom and she was really upset, which was understandable, so she drove there and cried and asked the guy why he couldnt cancel the bill and he just did it. like wtf. He was literally taking advantage of us because we were 18 and we were still teenagers, but when he saw a crying woman he was like "ok"

Tl;dr: yeah this company is **** .

Am I the only one that actually prefers USPS to UPS or FedEx?
I have worked for both FedEx (right out of highschool) and UPS (Right after I started college) during their holiday seasons... they both suck so much dick. Honestly, neither of them give a **** about the condition of your package. Every single package is mixed together on a conveyor belt, meaning there are seriously delicate items getting totally hulk smashed by 300lb boxes and other random things like car tires, etc. Then, if that wasn't enough, they all fall down a 15-25ft slide and slam into another belt where they travel down the line, then loaded into trucks by employees who've been working since 4:30am and are constantly rushed, berated, and stressed to the max by asshole managers and who will literally smash your box/package into any nook or cranny they can find. All this just so they can jump out of the truck and watch the 5 boxes they missed while loading yours slide by. I don't exactly know how USPS operates their delivery service, but I do know how the other do it, and I hate them for it.

tl;dr - **** UPS and FedEx corporate! The drivers are awesome, but the management can suck my dick!

Pics related, I took these at about 5:30 am during our one and only 10 minute break. We would start at approx. 4:15am and work till 9:30-9:45 on average. Some of you may be thinking "Hey, a little over 5 hours isn't bad!"... but I assure you, it was. Imagine 5 hours of running, lifting heavy things, tripping over boxes, and crawling through cramped, full trucks. As you can see in the pics, there are already boxes building up both outside the truck the shelves are just starting to fill up, and there's only 4 more hours left! I also forgot to mention, depending on how many people available on your metro that day, a single person had to load 3-5 trucks, simultaneously.

My wife sent a package to her mom. All the labels were neatly ripped off and sent to us saying that they found labels not attached to the package with a lost request form. You know someone just took the box and was ballsy enough to say it was "lost" and sent us the form. It was skin products. Hopefully they get a nice rash.

Everyone seems to be having problems with USPS. I've ordered items online and have always used USPS since it's the cheapest and I've had a problem only once with their services and that was one of my items coming a day late and since it was the saturday I had to wait 2 extra days through sunday.. Other than that they've been good to me..
