That kind of looks like it's from that Deadpool comic where an alternate reality Deadpool kills everyone. That one is kind of a different Deadpool so I don't think he counts.
From what I remember in pretty much all his comics the different types of speech bubbles represents his various personalities. I'll try to find some proof of this, I'm pretty sure that happens in the dead pool and cable series as well as the Deadpool kills the world series but I haven't really seen any other deadpool.
Also deadpool stories are almost never relevant to the primary canon of the universe and generally deal with time travel and dimension hopping, plus at that end of that series they put in a bit of explanation that brings the primary deadpool back to the canonical world after he kills a nearly infinite number of deadpools from different universes so from his perspective he still would've done all this.
Yeah looks like I was right, this is just a random page torn from a cable and deadpool comic. Deadpools got split personalities, his usual one is yellow with black text, white with black text seems to be more his voice of reason and mercy, and yellow with red text seems to be his psychopathy talking.
Me either. I just know a decent amount about him. It's just kind of his thing to have yellow bubbles. If I remember correctly, the Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe Deadpool isn't like the normal Deadpools. He's more "sane" and is pretty different. He could stop his regeneration through sheer will power. comicexplain would know more.
