Can somebody please explain to me why we should have vaccines be mandatory? It shouldn't be right if people are made to give up their first amendment right just to have their kids be injected with chemicals and shit. Isn't natural immunity better than artificial immunity anyways? And speaking of that, why does having one person not immunized affect everyone who is already immunized? I'm not crazy, just curious to why we need them when literally people decide to shit in public, but turn around and say we need to live healthily.

You should ask all the people in third world countries who are dying of polio and other preventable illnesses.

Do you realize how ungrateful you sound? As a citizen in a first-world country you are given the opportunity to prevent a very deadly disease from spreading. Are you are just going to let that chance slip by? Scientist who were looking out for PEOPLE'S well being researched these diseases, in order to cure us from them. Utilize your resources and being glad you have them at your disposal.

Do you actually think there is a different immune response to vaccines when compared to infection. Because It's not. Period.

If more and more people are unvaccinated, we'll start having outbreaks of preventable diseases again which can be deadly. And you word vaccines as if they're bad and unhealthy, but it's never been proven that MMR vaccines cause issues.

Other vaccines, such as against uterus cancer, are being closely investigated because they're suspected to have some crippling side-effects. My point is that not all vaccines are the same.

Also, vaccines are natural immunity. It's when your body reacts to dead disease cells contained within the vaccine so it can be reinforced against that specific disease. They aren't like some pills which fuck up your body with artificial shit.

People who refuse to vaccinate their children be a threat towards those who haven't gotten vaccines yet or can't get them for medical reasons.

Diseases like polio can spread like wildfire, and once you have a group of people who refuse vaccinations for it, they can put others at risk for their stupidity.

There are some people that can't get vaccines for medical reasons. Thankfully, there is a phenomenon known as herd immunity, in which 99.99% of everyone else isn't carrying a disease, so the person who couldn't get the vaccine is much better protected. But the downside to this is that if you have too many children with parents choosing not to get them vaccinated than the risk of them spreading the disease to each other rises.

There are no negatives to vaccines, and if you don't get vaccinated you risk your life to illnesses that your body can't fight off. If you refuse vaccines you're pretty much saying "fuck you i want to have a 1000% greater chance to die than anyone else"
