I've been in Walmart once...

It's like all the whales in the ocean suddenly decided to breathe air.

Why wouldn't whales breath air?

Eating junk food once in a while is perfectly ok, especially if you add to your exercise routine to work it off.
As long as you eat normally most of the time, have a healthy steady exercise routine and walk whenever you can.
Also portion control. Sure, get yourself a big mac or fried chicken. Don't get yourself big mac, double cheeseburger, large fries, large coke, shake and pie. Or bucket of chicken for yourself. Two pieces are plenty.
And learn to cook. I can't overstress this. Its so much cheaper and easy to eat healthy if you know how to cook.

>be at work, walgreens so its a smaller store
>see "hamsquatch" as you call it come riding on in
>bitch so fat could barely breathe she was so tuckered out from holding the go button
>little scooter runs out of battery a few feet from the door
>"can one of you push me to a plug so i can charge my cart up?"
>oh **** no, ask co worker phil me to help push her
>so heavy felt like a work out alone
>20 mins or so goes by and i see her get up and walk down an aisle to grab a magazine and walk back (insert heavy breathing)
>MFW i saw he get up and walk around but couldnt do that when we had to push her

im sorry, im a big dude but this kind of fat is just unnexceptable

And what exactly was the joke here, because either I'm stupid or there is a non-existant joke.

She saved you from ruining you diet and your healthy-eating momentum. She was there with a purpose, watching over the few thin who shop at Wal-mart. Shes the hero Wal-martians deserve, not the one they need right now.

I fell bad for my godly metabolism. I can eat a truck of junkfood everyday and still have perfect BMI. Not that I feel good after something like that. Energy and motivation drops like hell after eating ****** food. I was a little underweight most of my life actually. What's more interesting I seem to have titanium stomach. I can guzzle 2 litres of red bull or cola in one day and feel ok (caffeine drinks as example intentional: I ALSO have insane tolerance of caffeine). I can eat old cheeseburger with questionable smell and be ok. I feel that it's unfair. Seriously. A lot of people work their asses off in a gym to keep their weight at desired level and many fail even then. I'm constantly paranoid that karma will get me for my metabolism some other way. Like kill me with cola OD or other embarrasing thing like that because it all has it's drawbacks: due to minimal or none consequences (that I can feel ATM) I easily forget myself and go full retard with eating ****** stuff.

Immune system and metabolysm of steel. I've got that too and god does it feel good to eat absolute **** and remain 113 pounds (I'm a girl). I don't gloat in real life, but this is the internet so I feel no shame.

Buy lots of all the after holiday candy I can, fill huge totes with it, eat it all year round, hike, lift weights, work, dont get obese and still enjoy my treats.

What more motivation do you need? I actually go to Walmart once a week just to get inspiration and motivation to work out. Sounds like I am joking, but I am totally serial. Spend 5 minutes in the snack food section of a busy Walmart and see how long it takes you to start doing push ups right there in the aisle.
