That doesn't sound good at all. Are you doing anything about any of ur issues? Social anxiety can be treated by just taking to more and more ppl irl.
Set a goal of meeting someone irl once every week or so, that changed me from being a social outcast to me having a close knit group of friends who I talk to constantly. Helps if ur in a uni but if not then just go to local gaming tournaments and talk to ppl there. You have a common interest if they're at the same tourney as you.

Well gaming tourneys happen everywhere. Small town tourneys are very common. When I was growing up there were street fighter tourneys in 3 of the 5 small towns I lived in.

What are your hobbies outside of fj then? If you did nothing but go to work and go on fj then you wouldn't be offline like you are right as I'm typing this.

Yeah man, it's really just metabolism. Some people eat a lot and stay skinny. Some barely eat and stay big. I eat every single frikin thing I can find, always take seconds, and sit on my ass most of the day, but I'm only 160lb for 6'1'' and constantly hungry.

Plus being a dude does help. More natural muscle even if you don't lift.

Yeah, I just picked up working out early december. I only do 15 minutes but it's something. Also decided to cut back on eating so much. Already seen improvements, went from a 40 to 38 pants size and now I have to wear a belt for the 38.

You might as well do the work out now. Although, I do usually like to work out before going to bed. Nothing helps you go to sleep faster than having you body sore and tired.
