Moments like this made this show really good.

It explored it's characters really well, the animation was good and all characters had their strengths and weaknesses, none of that "Because i'm Batman" even if most of the moments i cherish from Justice League do include him in some way and **** .

Also, Superman was not a dickbag like in The New 52 so thats a plus

IIRC it's Justice League Unlimited, it could be Justice League though. They were both on Netflix in the US last I checked. Excellent shows, Unlimited is basically a sequel to J.L.

superman actually mellows a little as the comics go on...and morrisons run on year one was actually quite great in n52...


still post crisis is the best superman...

Huh. The Last I saw of New 52 Supes left me alittle disappointed. Specially that relationship with WW as, in my eyes, leaves Supes without a connection to earth apart from his family. Same thing for WW, except she doe not have a connection to Humanity apart from sharing the planet.

But I do not know if such things were carried over after the inicial year or so, thats when i stopped reading/searching things about it.I only know Supes powers are more OP now so thats disappointing, i guess.

n52 supes is actually a lot weaker than he used to be..i mean i think his dc was increased marginally. but he is still around 200-500 times slower than post crisis supes, and lacks just about all of the haxes that pc has.. (intangibility,infinite mass punch etc)


and supermans connection to earth was always...well himself? batman calls him "the most human out of all of them" in his infamous quote describing clark....and i suppose wonderwoman x superman shipping has been around forever now... so im not really scorned by it...


however, pc supes was a lot...more heartwarming. n52 supes for instance treats lex like **** and doesnt give him a chance to do good(always complaining that lex has some hidden plan and never trusts him and blaa blaa blaa) which is my biggest scorn with n52 supes.... post crisis superman was always trying to coax lex into being good. and he considered lex to be his friend. thats what made their rivalry good in the post crisis continuity..


and wonderwoman... ******* eck she is supposed to be the most loving person on planet earth but in n52 she is more of a large ham character.... and shazam is....weird...


oh btw did you hear: batman is nowadays a god.

Wonder Woman is total ***** now.

Batman already was somekind of god the god of plot armor specialy after his boost in popularity. If that was another form to adress the plot armor issue, I'm sorry for the lack of comprehension

n52 superman was interesting
until they retconned all of it, gave him a buzz cut, a motorcycle, a visit with obama, and relies entirely on wonderwoman to protect him. ****** can't even fly anymore.

and before you ask, yes those comics suck, and yes everyone hates them. and no it doesn't make superman a better character like all the batman fans cried that it would.

She has power incontinence! She has reality warping powers, but sadly, they were starting to go out of control, likely because she was dying. Batman was tasked to kill her, or else the whole of Gotham might be destroyed. He said he would, and he went in, then proceeded to not kill her.

Just talked to her, waited with her till the end, and she used her last bit of time to reel everything in.

Although we'd both be correct if you were thinking along the lines of Justice League and Batman Unlimited being completely different TV shows. I was seeing it as one and the same for some reason, but the two shows do take place in the same universe.

#47 appears to be referring to Ace's Death, but also appears to be mixing it up with Batman the Animated series.

The actual scene is from Justice League Unlimited which takes place in the same universe/continuity as Batman Beyond.

Justice League, which you called it, is an entirely different show from Justice League Unlimited.

The actual scene is from JLU but I called it Batman Beyond, so I know that is wrong since it was JLU.

So what is the problem?

Batman's had his on and off brutal meter, but when you get down to it you realize that this is who he is, he shares his pain of losing his family to those who share his. He doesn't want anyone else to repeat in his footsteps. Batman's one of my favorite heros because he's not just cold and menacing and could kill the whole DC Universe in one fell swoop, I like him because he represents a human in a league of superhumans and that anything is possible
