In all seriousness the game in my opinion was so short lived because it's only fun for awhile. It's not really a game that will survive the test of time and in my opinion wasn't worth the 60$ price tag. Let alone how it was advertised as a console seller regardless of the fact it's available for PC
But A+ now. With it's 13$ price tag and free dlc.

Sound just started playing. There wasn't actually an ad, but when I turned adblock back on, it was trying to keep me on the page.
Admin has another ad to find and get rid of.

I've said it before and i'll say it again it is not my responsibility as a consumer to stand there and listen to ever ******* sales pitch from here til the end of time.
It is the responsibility of the salesman to figure out how to reach the customer, and beyond that if a site that i use really needs help i have no problem contributing. I pay for netflix and honestly if they had the entire selection of TV and movies i'd probably be willing to pay double, or even triple what i do now because i can view it all with no advertising.
Commercials are like that guy that just started talking to you out of nowhere and you don't even know or care what they're saying anymore you just know they're annoying and getting in the way of what you were trying to do before. Every once in a while you'll actually retain a catchy jingle for..... what was it again? Yeah i don't remember either.
If there was actually a standard of truth to them i might almost be interested because it would be a straitforward comparison of products but it's not that. It's "OH OH OH OH OH HEY LOOK MY THING IS THE BEST LOOK HOW MUCH BEST IT IS LOOK HOW MUCH BETTER MY THING IS BOOBS BOOBS BOOBS BOOBS BOOBS BOOBS BOOBS BOOBS BUY MY THING THE OTHER THING IS HORRIBLE" Or to put it simply it's sensationalism, how do you expect me to care about something when people and companies can just say whatever the **** they feel like on the air waves? Short of a bold faced lie they can say and imply their product will do anything, axe makes women iresistably attracted to you, the hot singles i my area totally want to meet up with me with no catch.... i don't watch commercials or view adds anymore so i don't have a lot of examples but you get the idea i think.
It's a shallow attempt to prey on our desires and it's bull **** . If they were forced to be realistic about their produce then i might tune in but then half the commercials would go away right then because "artifically flavored corn chips" isn't sexy, it doesn't sell, people want to be lied to about how you're a badass if you can eat spicy doritos...
Anyway this is getting off topic and dangerously close to a rant so i'll leave it with this: Seems like, for as much as we know advertising is ******** we still go in search of the fantasy, buy this and women will love you, buy this and you'll be cool, buy that and you'll look sexy... I for one want no part in it.

I really think you guys are either having special problems or just love to complain about the once a week occurances.

Funny enough, this is the site that made me go out of my way to look up and install adblock software a few years back. The advertisements were just too obtrusive and clumsily executed. Now I can surf a less ad-infested internet. Thank you, FJ.
