>Atenism is the first example of strict, literal monotheism

From my course on world religions, this kind of makes sense.
If we keep in mind that Christianity has three separate "persons" as part of God- God the Father (Man in the sky), God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit (Your celestial roommate. Lives 'inside' believers)- this can be interpreted by outsiders as having more than one "God", and as a result not being truly monotheistic.
Judaism on the other hand places a special emphasis on angels (beings created by YHWH God's 'correct' name. Pronounced Yah-way, sometimes spelled Yahweh. as demigods of a sort), Satan (Or Lucifer. Was Angel #1 at one point.), demons (also demigods, because demons are just fallen angels), and prophets (normal humans given supernatural power in exchange for lifelong service of YHWH).
All that considered, Islam is the only TRULY monotheistic Abrahamic (originating from a culture that, according to tradition, came from Abraham's line) religion.
Still not first one in the world by any means.

im sorry but this is retarded , islam uses exactly the same scriptures in fact lucifer is the same person and jesus christ was an important prophetm also they have demons named djinns
If it's interpreted incorrectly by outsiders that doesn't mean anything except that they're ******* idiots who have approximately half a brain cell.
Angels and demons are NOT demigods, they're servants of their respective plane. Satan isn't a demigod either, he's merely a fallen angel, and he too does God's will.
Don't try to justify extreme stupidity with more extreme stupidity.

Judaism doesn't have demons, there was a use for the word satan, but it just meant nemesis.
prophets didn't have super powers, the closest they were to super powers was when they were instructed to do something, and then god would make stuff happen, for example, hit a stick in the ground, and then god would turn the stick into a snake.
and while angels were created by god, they did not have free will, they were more like an extension of himself.

Maybe you should read the description accompanied by that picture in its original source instead of taking it randomly as a stand alone fact.

Even with the description. It is wrong. The origins of a religion (aka how old it is) is not defined by the religion, it is defined by religious scholars who measure it from when the religion and the associated myths start to appear. With Islam, the myths start to appear in the middle east by cults related to Judaism during the 7th century CE. This means that that is when that unique religion started. This makes it the newest major cult in the world.
no it was not . >_> Everyone knows that the first goddess was the earth itself
