A rather morbid idea.
During World War 2, the Allies tried to give Hitler a sex change by slipping estrogen in his daily diet. The idea behind it was that Hitler’s transformed figure and voice would make him loose his public support.
What if the plan was successful and after the war that became the standard for dealing with enemies? What if instead of the US killing Osama Bin Laden, they captured him and gave him a sex change? I can just imagine the speech Obama would give to the people afterwards.
“Citizens of America, it is of great pleasure to announce that we have captured Osama Bin Laden and gave him a nice rack.”
“Mr. President, how big would you say his breasts are?”
“That is classified.”
