Nope.

This is all wrong.

There is no official stance on how pokemon are stored inside the ball and several different ways have been shown in the movies/show. Any pokemon can be stored in any pokeball, there is no size limit to each ball. Pokemon can and have been sghown to be recaptured by using special balls such as Cloneballs and Darkball.
