He seems like my black friend Jacob from back in highschool. On halloween he wore a White sheet with a meter stick attached to make it spiked and look like a kkk robe. He added a red scarf around his arm. He is one of 3 black people that went to my 1000 person highschool. Took like 2 minutes for a teacher to drag him to the office before realizing he was black. They just didn't know how to respond and told him to go back to class and not do it again. He is the most racist man I have ever met, but since he's black he never got in trouble. I've got in trouble for going along with his funny ******** , but I could get out of it by saying it was Jacob's idea since he wouldn't get in trouble for it

It's the same **** Jimmy Phalic used to prove his point to normal people when using comments. A guy in my city got fined by police for dressing up in a Nazi uniform for a bachelor party and showing up in some cafe but only because some British guy saw him and did what they do best - complained
