Thats a cool idea, tho tbh i would have no idea how to go about it... ive done a couple of others like this but there on a laptop that iverloaded and died sadly
Unfortunately it would make doing taxes a pain, as that would also class as self employed and earnings i would have to declare - the amount i would make from it wouldn't really make up for the mass of extra effort (stupid english politics)
i mean i dont think selling stuff on ebay would be tracked like that as long as its not regular payments...
atleast in my country we have a system where everytime you apply for unemployement trust fund you fill in the days you have been working and all the extra money you had earned from gigs and stuff and those would only marginally affect the money you get...idk how it works in england tho.
and 50 bucks a week or so should not be enough to overrule unemployement funding anyway...
i am part time employed (though the amount of hour i work is technically full time, thats not my contract) normally my work does my tax stuff for me, but if i earn stuff on the side i would have to declare it along side my regular wages - you can get into serious **** for not declaring stuff.
hmm...well i mean if you have a job already then i dont think it should matter too much...still i dont think 50 bucks a week/month would change it that much as i said...it shouldnt even add into your taxes at all...
No i agree your 100% right - it will change nothing to my earnings in terms of a tax band - unfortunately that doesn't matter to the powers that be - at least as far as I'm aware - any amount of concealment of earnings is a serious offence if your hiding that, what else are you hiding - full expensive investigation - wasting company time and money etc. I'll have a chat to a friend who works in that sorta area about it - would be nice to do a little something. But, knowing how this country works, its most likely too much hassle to do on any scale worth doing.
but what im saying is that you can inform it on the taxes, and it shouldnt affect your taxing at all since its so miniscule it cant be counted as earnings of any kind.
i usually don't need to do anything, it's all done by my work. i'd have to manually do my taxes for both things and i'm pretty darn lazy, not gunnuh lie. Plus i have no idea how i do it
