Actiony, humorous, and I found the exaggerated breasts, panty shots, and guns very entertaining.
No real drama or suspense though.
So I'd say its good if you go into not taking it super seriously.

wraithguard ONLINE (05/30/2015) [-] I'm not sure I agree with that other guys description. High School of the Dead is zombie apocalypse anime. Obviously it's very sexual, but one of the things that I liked about it was that the sexuality wasn't shoe-horned in. What I mean is, when an episode wants to be dark and serious, it is. When it wants to be sexual, it is. The pacing is good enough that the two don't have to fight for screen time, so you rarely have serious moments being ruined by fan-service. I would have enjoyed even without the fanservice. So yeah, it's good.

The entire series is nothing but gratuitous violence and gratuitous sexuality, and they are often smashed right up against each other, thrown in your face and impossible to ignore. sure man. i mostly enjoy action, and comedy anime. im willing to try any genre though. i havnt watched all that much anime in general. mostly just the really big names / some stuff on netflix. some shows i havnt watched, but want to get around to are cowboy bebop, and hunter x hunter.

What I can recommend though is Wakfu. It's a French anime that is A+ in everything I rank shows in. The only downside is that the first few episodes start slow but it's a gradual build up done really, really well.
Make sure to watch it in French with English subtitles to get the best experience. An English dub does exist but it is sub-par and the original French voice acting is beyond excellent. I am most impressed by how the emotional tension ramps up later in the season. The show didn't become my favorite one until they reach the island they talk about but was really cemented as such by the episodes after that. It's great.
There's a second season and a third that is likely to be made in the future too. I've only seen the first season. How the subtitles are done matters a lot. I found a site that has good subtitles for the show if you want me to link it. With the exception of a single episode that was done by some careless overconfident nimwit.

i use funnyjunk because there is some pretty good OC but its mostly just like a highlight real of humor going on around the web currently. is it the only website i use? no. but its the only one i really use for this purpose. no 4chan, 9gag, tumblr, or ******* like that for me. used to use memebase.com for my funnies, but i like the way funnyjunk works better. i guess what im saying is im supprised you were able to get that rod outta your backstory for long enough to talk right out of your ass. but do us a favor and put it back in.
