Genuine question guys, do you still consider kids born in the late 90's as 90's kids even if they didn't actually grow up in or remember most of the 90's?

someone who was born within the years of 'x8' or 'x9' are usually the 'kids' of the next generation, like kids born in 1989 become the 90s kids, and kids born in 1990, were the 2000s kids. as myself, i was born in 1991, and remember very little about the 90s aside from sweet cartridge gaming. and really, did you have opinions of anything special when you were 4-5 years old? maybe something like Street Sharks are better than TMNT, or Pikachu is better than Bulbasaur, or some **** from back then. But at the end of the day, this whole 80s kid and 90s kid thing is just a bunch of faggot type elitists trying to pry **** from their past to make themselves seem cooler.

I was a kid in the 90's, good times... That was when the internet was slow and no kids had mobile phones...

Kids get bought too many toys these days, a kid doesn't need an iPad.
My parents never even bought me my own bike, I always rode hand me downs. If I wanted something I had to do chores for my parents to earn pocket money and save my money to buy it. I never got an allowance.
