The most useful suggestion would be to not use make-up. However, you need to check a couple of things. Some are silicone based and if she has a silicone allergy then that will happen every time. If that is the case she should use water based only. Most countries have it mandated to list whether it is oil/silicone/water based on the label of the bottle. If she is using oil based and does not have a silicone allergy, have her switch to the silicone ones. The water and oil based foundations tend to take the make up of the make-up into the pores and cause them to clog, which is one possibility of the acne break outs.
