when you buy a game you usually play it for a year or so depending on how good it is, especially when it is a game with supported online features.
Online servers arent free. I dont see a problem with this pricing.
If youre a fat neckbeard who buys 20 60$ games per month then that is your problem.
Now it's true that there's a hype train against EA
It is also true that the Train, is well ****** deserved. There's a whole list but...SimCity...that's what did me in. What a piece of **** game. Broken from day one, months to fix it and it's still only got about half the features of SC4. Disgusting.
The reason why companies get greedier is because people still buy like there's no tomorrow.
If you're happy with your current games, don't give in to the PR and hype and hop on board the pre-order bandwagon.
I never pre-order and I hope I never will because it promotes you to pay something that isn't even complete. Heck, the studio could get sucked up by a portal and your money would have been wasted on nothing.
Pre-ordering a game does not cost you anything but sometimes a sort of holding fee of like $5 or so until the game is shipped, so if they went under you would only lose like $5. Also some games give pre-order bonuses which give you more content, sometimes physical merchandise, for literally the same amount of money, and if you are already planning on buying the game the only logical reason not to pre-order is financial reasons. And devs care about their games and do try to make it good, but when publishers rush it or something comes up they don't have a choice, so don't blame the people making the game, blame the people pushing the game.
holy **** , you understand how pre-orders work. im not trying to sound like an asshole, im genuinely excited. no one seems to get that pre-ordering a physical copy doesn't give them your money instantly. since you can choose to cancel your pre order and get your money back even the day of release.
Even though this guy is like king neck-beard, this **** is really getting out of hand. I've watched so many game series that i grew up with just die because developers are greedy ******* . I remember when games were about telling a story or showing off the fact that triangle titties had become a thing. Now i don't see games as anything but a leech on my wallet that i can't go without.
I want to say something in regards to what EA is doing.
Do I think it's good that they do it? No.
Do I agree with their desicion to do it? Yes.
Why? Because it works. It brings in money, and the ones to blame are the people funding this **** . Why should EA stop doing this shifty **** they are doing if it works for them?
You want them to stop? Bitch at the people who reward them for it.
but really though, when you say you bought the 250 dollar collectors, then another 100 dollar collectors for the same games expansion, and then you complain about micro transactions, your opinion is pretty much invalid. why the **** wouldn't they try to milk your ass more after buying that much **** . and your buying the 250 collectors for halo, and you think 50 more dollars is the real rip off? damn do i have some news for you, go to your parents, have them hire you an aid, because you are ******* retarded for complaining about something that is an optional bundle of all the future dlc.
This is honestly why i love GTA you can get everything if you actually play the game. Sure there is still money you can buy but you don't have to. Also ALL of their updates n **** comes with awesome **** that you can still buy with money you make from playing the game. Sure it takes awhile but after they added heists it made it even easier for everyone to buy more cool **** .
Every game I have ever even looked at a season pass for has always been $50, it's nothing new and has been this way for years, why do we give a flying **** now.
While many probably do go for that price, I know CoD seasons passes are/were $50, Battlefield Premium is $50 which is essentially a season pass, I believe Borderlands had them going for $50 but I can't seem to find an original price, same with Sniper Elite 3 and a couple others. Maybe it's just coincidence the games I look at season passes for typically go for around $50.
he tried to but at this point it's too late
his body is already broken and while he can still try to lose weight his body is too weak and broken to do any substantial amount of exercise
