The hitler one is debated to be a fake of someone who looks like him.

Hitler didn't start sporting the chaplin mustache until during ww1 when (for several reasons debated but believed that he was) ordered to trim it so the gas mask could seal on his face.

In that image, that guy looks to be closer to 40. Hitler would of been in his twenties at the time the picture was taken.

I've seen the same pictures and conversation, but now that I looked at the pictures of young (WWI) and older (WWII) Hitler... I'm not sure anymore. Look at the jawline, distance between his eyes, width of his nose and earlobes.
