I see that there is nobody who knows this is totaly normal excercise. It trains explosivity. Yes it looks funny, but it works and a lot of professionals do that.
At least we can see FJ is full of fat lazy ugly people that do nothing and just sit's on their asses

Ahhhh the things I learn on FJ

1. "Explosivity" here is it used by someone who is trying to say "It helps work the explosive type muscles IE Fast Twitch muscles (Used in short, Powerful bursts). instead the poster mentions Exsplosivity, which only refers to the Volcanic Exsplosivity Index.

2. Anon says its "unapproved by most professionals", seeing as Every personal trainer I have ever worked with (Some are currently training NFL Hopefuls and Current NBA players, should this comment come under attack) have different training methods and drills etc, it is foolish to say a move like this is not approved, some idiot out there might say its a fine move, but we all should be able to tell that it will only do damage to his shoulders/Spine/Triceps etc, but I can see where the person doing the "exercise" thought this would help his definition in his shoulders and triceps.

these are some of my pet peeves, people spew ******** like they know everything, when all you have to do is a little research. anyway I gotta bitch about em or I will go insane, so thank you in advance for your red thumbs, they mean alot!
