3 ways steam gives you ebola

 
I buy the top commenter of the next 3 days a steam game $25 an under.
Any game they want.

I'll just look and see who got the most thumbs in the next 3 days, then pick the one I thought was the most original, funny, and not spammy.

Thoughts?

This is just to promote FJ a bit and is pretty cheap, plus everyone can comment while making content is something only a few can do.

For the windows theme: (Mind you, alot of windows themes get changed. Like folders etc*see pic*, so if you don't want that you need to follow the instructions really well for the specific parts. )
