You can also see a doctor about this. If her vagina is (more than ususually) narrow, she won't be able to enjoy it anytime soon. Or she is just very stressed out for some reason, which causes the muscles to tense up, causing pain upon penetration.

They make a lube that contains benzocaine, which is a numbing agent.
