Because I've been to a naval turbine factory, and the cost of the blades I saw were nowhere near that high, and the casting process seemd quite rigurous.
I know the two industries are different, so in order to know what I was missing, I saw the video.
At this point it applies to most americans. Even dentists seem to use extremely powerful drugs that make you high. Over here you just get an injection for local anesthesia.
Well no he is right many drugs you take for health if you can't get them unless docter gives you press obtain for it they are te hall,y illegal drug until they say you can have them if you give that drug for so one to hold on to it can be seen as diatribe get illegal drug but this does not happen until certain period of time has gone by usally until you don't need it I've still got tramadol from knee surgery it's illegal for me to take it or give it to someone I don't think you grasp this as a whole rather than you think illegal drugs are only things like cocaine heroin but you fail to undertake if I've gotten let's say morphine on me but no prescription for that is infact illegal drug I am carry since I don't have paper work saying I have right to access this how that system works
Well, most people have at least tested alcohol and cigarettes so it's pretty impressive. I barely smoke or drink at all but I was obviously interested in trying it the first time.
Yes, they are. In some languages the word "drugs" which they have doesn't apply to them for some stupid reason but the English word "drugs" refers to drugs and not some strange bullcrap which I can't remember what it was.
Id rank alcohol more as a poison than anything else. At any rate, in the context of the discussion, alcohol and cigarettes arent drugs. Noone thinks about those two when someone says they tried some drugs.
It doesn't matter what you want it to be, they are drugs, by definition. Of course that's not what one thinks about, because they're legal and common, while the word "drugs" is commonly used to refer to illegal drugs, which in some cases are less harmful. The only reason they are legal is because they're such a huge part of our culture and couldn't simply be made illegal. It's like saying drugs in a hospital aren't drugs because they're legal. If you still don't understand just look up the definition of a drug, I'll even link one for you.
I realize that the definition of drugs qualifies alcohol and cigarettes, but read what I wrote. You even said it yourself, people dont commonly refer to them as drugs, so in the context of the fact, talking about alcohol and cigarettes is pointless.
I know you said "in the context of the discussion" but since your first comment made you come off a bit... yeah.... and since what you said was still wrong, while more a wording problem, it bothered me enough to not even care about that. I think it's wrong to say that they aren't drugs because to exclude them one simply has to say illegal drugs, which means it isn't all that unlikely that they meant drugs in general, especially since it isn't expressed what he was supposed to take to get high. I really don't see why one wouldn't simply add the word.
Anyways, what was relevant was that it was only impressive if he actually hadn't tried any drugs, including alcohol and cigarettes, whereas it wouldn't be all that special if they meant illegal drugs.
Leo DiCaprio's biggest acting hero when he was young was River Phoenix. One night in a club, he had the chance to meet his idol. Phoenix passed him in the club, looking pale and unwell, and then went into the VIP lounge where he collapsed and died. I'm willing to bet that incident helped shaped his perspective on drug use.
it is impressive if you have seen the wolf of wall street, the part where he's completely drugged up with his friend is well acted. I think thats what the content was referring to.
Might not have been true, but I remember reading a story about a guy who mistook this leaf for a safe one and used it to wipe after going to the bathroom. I think he shot himself.
I know, this is the dry kind right? Without the soup base. I like it, but its always a hassle to prepare it. Once the noodle is cooked, you have to get rid of water, then you need to mix the sauce into the noodle. And opening the sauce packet, if it contains some oil, it can be messy. And certain flavour have some strong good smell, but I don't want to get that smell on my hand. It stays for hours.
I always asked my little sister to do it for me.
Just wished the one with the plastic bowl with the built in filter was more widespread though. And some powdered egg to go with it. Mmhmm.
That is just plain lazy. Meh, who am I to judged, I did the exact same thing. But the method I mentioned do make a mean noodle.
Than again, if I wanted an authentic Mee Goreng/Fried Mee, I would just go to a Mamak stall across the road and order a Mamak-Style Mee Goreng. Much much better.
Soup based noodle, especially instant noodles, gave me a full belly of liquid. Not exactly a kind of satisfaction you want after a meal. The reason is, well, some flavour tends to be spicy, especially if its Asam Laksa, or Mee Curry. And I drink a lot. 1 or 2 liter would not be enough.
YOU HAVEN'T HAD MAMAK-STYLE FOOD? EVER? God dammnit man. You are seriously missing out.
Come to Malaysia for Xmas holiday or something. We have Mamak stall open 24/7. Seriously, some of them never closed, except for Friday prayer.
And the Roti Chanai, with Dhaal curry or chicken curry. Pair that with a Teh Tarik/Hot Milk Tea, you got your self a good breakfast or brunch menu.
Tourist usually came to the capital to enjoy the food and stuff. But some of the best are the one on the residential areas outside the capital. In my experience, the Mamak stall that was started during the 80s, and still holding up till today have some of the best taste in their Roti Naan or plain one.
Same thing with German government, they refused to acknowledge Scientology as a religion, instead branding it either as "Cult" or "business". Can't remember which.
Maybe they recognized Scientology as what it is, a soon to be evil organization. The Scientology Church did used espionage to put key members into key position in a powerful scenario. Maybe the German government learn this from experience?
The last one isn't true. Humans are fantastic long distance runners but they come 3rd behind equine animals and canines in terms of distance covered in one session. I mean, sled dogs can run reeeeeally ******* far.
Also, they managed to sneak something past a load of Japanese guys inside a pile of women's underwear? I'd have thought it'd be found faster that way
Of course humans can run forever. We can have a backpack that stores water and food, and we have special shoes built just for that. We can also protect our skin with lightweight, breathable clothing.
No other animal on earth can do any of that.
even when we where a bunch of ************ before we knew what a rock and a stick does, we where still the kings of distance travel. its how we where built.
it amazes me that we live in such ****** up times in our society that a famous person not doing drugs is actually considered fascinating I do drugs btw so it's not a higher moral ground I'm standing on
