You aren't a 90's kid unless you are born past '94. Nice research either way.

At first I thought this was a joke fact compilation:
Chaplin and Hitler were born.
Eiffel Tower was built.
Coca Cola and Nintendo were founded.
"Starry Night" was painted.

If you read the last words of every sentence it gives you the life story of a great man.
Born, Built, Founded and finally Painted.

I thought the first fact was that Hitler and Charlie Chaplin were born.

I was wondering why that was a fact because everyone is born.

Then I figured out I'm retarded.

And even then, that wouldn't be their first game. If I'm not mistaken, they made some pong consoles before Donkey Kong.

My great-grandfather owned a pharmacy. He was really good at making choices for the family. Except for one.

He didn't invest in Coca-Cola when they brought him the prospect of investing in it.

My family could've been worth more than billions.

The sadness is flowing, but there is no cork big enough to stop it.

If your great grandfather invested in coke, you wouldn't be alive. Remember, everything in history went specifically right just for you to be alive. treasure that.

If your great grandfather did go through with it then it would follow that your grandfather would have been rich, right? He would have gone to an amazing school, or maybe even skipped school and went on to inherit his father's wealth. Eventually he would have met a girl, either at school, in the business, on an expensive vacation, whatever. But know this, it wouldn't have been your grandmother, the circumstances of his life would be drastically different, too changed to follow this timeline. In turn your parent respective to that side of the family would never have been born and then, you guessed it, you would have never existed. The cup is half full my friend, it always is.

Unless a form of me existed.

Or maybe events would've played out the exact same.

Or maybe my family would've blown it all.

There are an endless amount of possibilities that could've unfolded. But we'll never know any single one of them.

I see an empty glass.

Take it, wash it, clean it, set it, dry it, fill it, drink it, set and leave it
Take it, sniff it, shudder and then again clean it.
Fill it, drop it, break it, spill and clean it, sweep it, move it, trash, recycle it
Bin it, move it, trash it, miss it, go get a new glass.

If you are willing to go through years of intense training, spend thousands of dollars, and man a shuttle to leave earth and empty a cup into the vacuum of space to proof a point about a metaphor on the importance of being positive, then yes, I guess
